I have been doing a lot of research and reading on injections. I was on MenMd they where saying trimix needs to be used up within 28days of first use and 60-160days for Bimix. What does everyone see for shelf life?

I’m not going to be using maybe once a week or 3 times a month as I do ok with Cialis 10mg daily when it’s just my wife but when it’s a play date with others I have a shy penis. We have a few couples we play with regularly and one of the guys has the same issue with others then his wife. I take Xanax for 23years and think that causes my ED issue or meds don’t help much but the daily
Cialis gives me morning wood and I’m able to get hard but not rock hard with my wife. I’d like to get rock hard for her and maybe enjoy a few extra play dates with a sexy lady as my early years I was shy and didn’t have a lot of experience before marriage 19years ago. I’m 46 and been taking testosterone injections weekly for 3.5 years do to low T ( 227 now it’s 850-900). Sometimes I think it’s the stress of someone different or the condom usage and I’m a safety guy with others.

Can anyone help I’m also torn between Bi Mix and Trimix I have my T doctor that just wants to sell me a high dose of Tri mix ( he called it the max mixture for $2000 but said it would have 40-45 dose in the bottle. I just want to be able to preform when I want and a couple online places have quoted-$500 but I was told it would be a year supply now seeing the use by date I’m wondering if I’d be spending a lot on refills as I would not get to use the mixture up before the date.

You need to find another doctor and supplier.

I use monomix (alprostadil) the most perishable ingredient of trimix. I paid $120 for 10ml in ten 1ml vials of 80 mcg per ml of alprostadil. I'm guessing inflation will raise the price some. Thanks Joe. My pharmacy charges the same for all of the mixes. The pharmacist told me that most of the cost was in the labor.

I still had mix from my old script when my newest script was nearing expiration so I had all of the refills filled at once. These were all filled in October of 2020. I keep my mix frozen. As far as I can tell it still works as good as new. That mix has held it's strength for over a year, kept frozen. I'm finally nearing the end of my stash. I've already trained my new GP/PCP (Other doctor died) so I should be all set.

Please don't spend the $2000! There are far cheaper options, without giving up anything. Both trimix and bimix can be frozen, the lifespan then is well over a year. I keep it frozen in a small plastic box, the one I use originally contained sliced lunch meat from the grocery store. I fill about 25 syringes at a time, then freeze the filled syringes and the larger vial of trimix. When I need more, about two months, I take the container out of the freezer that holds the vial, let it defrost completely (important that it completely defrosts), swirl the vial to mix well, and fill up 25 more syringes, then stick absolutely all of it back in the freezer.

When it's time for the wife and me in the sack, while she is taking a shower, I go to the kitchen and get one of the frozen syringes out of the freezer. By the time the foreplay has taken place, the syringe is at room temperature. If you need it to defrost quicker, you can hold the frozen syringe sideways between your lips- much like a dog holds a bone, and the syringe defrosts in about three minutes.

Back to the "juice". I use trimix. The standard beginner dose is 30-1-10, and if you get a bit of a chubby with Cialis this is what most providers start with. I strongly recommend that you only inject 5 units at most to start out (those little tick marks on the side of the syringe are what I call units). This is to make sure you don't have an over-sensitive reaction (rare, but does happen with just a few percent of men). I did the 5 units at first, and it gave me about a 75% erection. And more importantly to me, then I got soft after about half an hour. So, I knew it was safe to try a bit more. I went to 10 units....and longer story, eventually went up to 17 units over some time (maybe a month). After quite a few months, at refill time, I switched mixes to one notch stronger, 30-1-25, and now I'm very happy at 13 units. It keeps me stone hard for one hour, then gets soft over the next half hour after that. My wife is very happy.

The fantastic thing about trimix for me is that I no longer had to concentrate on keeping my marginal erection, I could just enjoy the pounding. And it doesn't matter if the sex is later at night- previously I had no hope of maintaining an erection after eating or later in the day.

Your doctor is a con man. Find a new one. Go to a real urologist, not a men's ED clinic of any sort.

As for the drug, bimix is for guys who feel pain from trimix, because the PGE1 ingredient in trimix makes some men sore, so bimix leaves that ingredient out.

It makes it less strong, but more comfortable for some guys. However the ingredients in bimix are actually the acidic ones that might cause scarring and damage over time. If scarring is a worry for you, trimix might be smarter. Or even just pure PGE1.
