After two successful trial runs by myself, I injected pre sexy time with the wife with only 6 units of stater 30/1/10 and had a great session. Felt like i did when i was younger, just thrustin away without fear of losing hardness. Sorry, im just really pleased with this medication. Should have looked into it a couple years ago honestly. I wish so bad it doesnt lose its luster and i can continue to utilize this medication without having to up the dose and concentration too much throughout tge years. Me and the wife work a lot and arent too sexual so usually just once a week or every two weeks if that d/t work schedules at the moment. So im hoping with that infrequent of a dosing schedule i shouldnt build up too much of a tolerance too fast with this stuff. I absolutely love it. I think this can work, as allowing time between shots can allow any scarring to heal.

However on the flip side, I suspect that going on prolonged periods without use can be bad because it increases atrophy in the penis.

I would love studies on this.

Rogue---Yes, trimix is a great medication. When I started injecting it at age 72 it was like being 17 again as far as a hardon goes. I have been using it about twice a week for the past 3 years. I started at 20 units and that amount still gives me a very usable erection. If I want to bust rocks I will inject 25 units. If I want to go solo 15 units will do the job for 45 minutes to an hour. 20 to 25 gives me a 2-3 hour boner.

I’ve been on a relatively weak mix for two years now. I use it maybe 2 to 3 times a month at most and I haven’t seen any reduction in performance and haven’t had to increase the dose. Still works as good as day one.

Glad you're having success with it. It worked for me when Viagra quit working.

I used it for 12 years and loved it, never had a problem other then a missed location every now and then. Any questions PM me.

You sound just like me. Same concentration and dosage too. I've been using it 2-3 times a week for 2 years and aside from the rare misfire it's been great. The only downside is the inconvenience of storing, traveling with, prepping, injecting, applying pressure and massaging. Pills are much more convenient but they gave me side effects and didn't work nearly as reliably.

So far no signs of scarring or peyronies for me. My dosage might have gone up a bit from 4 to 8 units, but I could probably still get by just fine with only 4 units. I just want it to be super hard. I should probably dial back on the dosage because 8 units keeps me hard for 3+ hours.

Congrats on finding something that works. I know how much it can change your mood and your life for the better.

As some who just started using Trimix myself, it is great to hear guys are still having good erections after years of use. The question of decreased effectiveness and tolerance issues was in the back of my head, so this is encouraging to hear. As for me, I started injecting this past July. I on a pretty weak mix (I think). 10 units gives me about 1 hr and 20 units about 2 hrs. After some initial trail and error, I've gotten to a point where I can do a successful injection most of the time now. My usage has been very sporadic. I am recently single so I have only been using it on dates, which has not been that frequent (lol). Maybe about once/twice a month? Overall, I am satisfied.

Frwmw1, yeah i still have no problem getting erections without medications and do so throughout the week, however keeping them during any kind of sex is another story. Im very healthy young man so i am "assuming' venous leak although im reading more and more of how actually rare venous leak is. So im not worried about atrophy. I just needed something to keep a very hard erection throughout sex (pills were no longer reliable options) and Trimix has been amazing thus far
