Injections: From Amazing to Damaging

After pills began failing, I learned about injections and immediately got started. The results on Trimix were nothing short of amazing and I settled in to become a long term user.
Through my 8 month journey I found that I needed upward dosages to maintain effectiveness hoping I could level out at a strength that would give me a lasting effectiveness. I reached the pinnacle at a Quadmix with 300 PGE-1 from Olympia pharmacy. During that journey two issues arose: a bending downward and seemingly some shortening.
It didn’t much analysis to realize I needed to get off injections and get an implant
I will tell that story over in the Implants forum but the pertinent parts of it here are the following: a world renowned surgeon told me I had a lot of scarring as well as venous leakage and Peyronies. He said these issues are a result of the Papaverine in Trimix which is one reason it is not approved by the FDA. He said of the implants he’s done (more than 3000) the only long term injectors with no scarring had used straight PGE. That reminded me of Bldoink on this forum — 16 years success with PGE.
Now I see a number of other injectors in the Leaderboard topic with long term Trimix usage so clearly my experience is not applicable to all.
But as for me, my new implant has that downward bend and is shorter due to “a lot of scarring” right at my injection sites; i.e. I will forever pay the price of 8 months (about 40 injections) of use.
And the implant was SO easy for me last week — no after pain and already cycling successfully after only 4 days.
Again, this is just my story and the surgeon’s opinion about Papervine is just that — his opinion. So please, I am not looking to argue other’s opinions, I totally respect them. Happy to respond to any questions.
