Hi guys. I’m new to injections and have a question about what my doc has set up for me. (I haven’t injected yet; I’m seeing the doc for my instruction and first shot in a few days.)
The formula he has me on is 20 papaverine, 2 phentolamine, and 0.2 atropine. No PGE. From reading here, that looks like a bimix formula plus some atropine. Is that right? Any idea why he chose this as my starting formula? Any concerns or questions I should ask?
A little background. 57 years old. No major health issues. I was on the pills successfully for a good 12 years. They began to fade over the last three years or so— and now are pretty useless. I can still get a natural erection, but it’s pretty soft and doesn’t last long.
I’m definitely ready for injections. Just wondering why I seem to have a mix that doesn’t contain any of the most powerful ingredient — the PGE stuff.
Thanks so much for any thoughts!

Question about the formula for my first injection.
58 years old. ED for 12 years. Pills faded and then effectively stopped working about 2 years ago. Started with bimix, but recently switched to traditional trimix: 30 papaverine, 2 phentolamine, 0.2 atropine, and 5 mcg PGE. Usually inject about 10 units.
