Injection marks

Got my first injection yesterday and it worked.
My question, what will injection site look like the next day will small red spots be normal?

I have no marks after I inject. I used a 30 gauge, 5/16" needle.

Usually there will be no mark. Rarely you will drill through a tiny vein resulting in a small hematoma visible as a small bruise the next day.
