first shot. sex hurt that normal

ok fist shot. my doctor said to use 30 units to start. I didnt get rock hard but I was able to pernitrate my GF. my problem is my dick hurt for most of the time we're having sex and after.. I was wondering if this will go away over time. my GF has always been small but I dont think that was the reason and wondering if its a reaction from the meds
59 struggles with Pills for 5 years but they stopped looking into implants - trying 30 uints of 5ml tri-mix (30-3-30 Papaverine, Phentolamine, PGE-1)

sorry trimix. it was my first time doing it and may have rushed the injection. I watched this video " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nuc7qyOuzak " and tried to follow its recommendations.
