I am very interested in your question because I plan on using viagra with the edex
I inject. i am hoping for more "firmness" and harder cock. The edex is great but
I want a little more "bulk", we will see. Good luck if you try it!

I do it often but I am also someone who has virtually no adverse reaction to Viagra beyond occasional heartburn. Also, the drug has minimal effect on me even at 100mg to 150mg. It works "just enough" on its own but nothing like the confidence and performance boost of Trimix alone. So you should know how you respond to each therapy on its own, talk to your prescribing doctor about it - you'd be surprised by how many actually recommend the combined therapies these days, and just be careful. Have Sudafed or Phenylephrine on hand just in case the result is too good.
For me, I like taking Viagra/Sildenafil about an hour to 90 minutes before I inject. That way I'm responsive during foreplay and have a semi at the time I excuse myself to inject. As well as more real estate to work with for an easier injection. I also inject a much lower dose of Trimix than I do without a PDE5 inhibitor. Alone, I need about 20 units. With Viagra/Sildenafil, I have a really good result with just 5 to 10 units. Usually a solid erection for an hour of really great sex. I maintain hardness after ejaculating for an occasional round 2 but more often than not go soft within 15 minutes of ejaculating, which I prefer to sitting around for 3 hours worried about priapism, but will become fully erect again with some additional forelay and stimulation, sometimes even the morning after.
Your results will vary. That's what's currently working for me right now and that'll change over time as well. The first few times I combined the Sildenafil and Trimix, I did a 100mg dose right at the time I injected what had become my usual 20 units and had too much of a noticeable effect. Sitting around with an ice pack on my dick 3 hours after the sex was over and getting on the treadmill to stimulate blood flow elsewhere. I never had to do the Sudafed, antidote, or go the ER but it was worrisome enough that I adjusted the Sildenafil dosage and titrated down on the Trimix to find the most comfortable result for now.

I am so interested in the replies to this question. My Urologist has said "Do not take Viagra within 24 hours of Injecting."
Anyone gotten the opposite advice from their Urologist??

My urologist prescribed 100mg sildenafil with Trimix, saying that I should inject a quarter as much Trimix as I usually needed alone. This was to reduce the infamous after-action Trimix ache. After a few trials I titrated up to about half the former Trimix amount, and this has been working perfectly for some years now. Before Trimix, I used Viagra for many years but never had any side effects.

I have 100mg tablets of viagra which I will probably split the first time I try this.
I am not anticipating problems, the viagra will give me a chubby the morning after
but the effect are minimal. I am not to concerned about a 4 hr hard dick but I guess
you never know when you are mixing the two, so we will see.....

Be conservative and start with no more than a quarter of former Trimix. There's no reason to be in a hurry. I took three weeks to zero in on the right combination.
Don't get priapism!

I think the general consensus among urologists or doctors in general is to discourage combining the two as they figure it greatly increases the chances of a priapism and the Trimix alone should be sufficient making the combination an unnecessary risk. But there's been studies confirming the effectiveness of monomix Alprostadil injections and Sildenafil combination therapies and you'll find individual users combining therapies here and on other message boards - some who've gotten the approval of their urologist or doctor.
My doctor typically tells me to just be careful when I bring up the combination therapies. I don't get the sense he's recommending it but he knows a few of his patients are doing it.

I stack the two sometimes.
I told my urologist (a couple of years ago) and he asked my why I would use Viagra if I'm doing injections. I told him that by using Viagra I'm able to use less injection juice. He just said "OK" with no further comment. I've never had a doctor actually recommend it and that's my limited experience as far as doctors comments on the topic.
I think it was the common caution by doctors to strongly discourage the practice due to fear of priapism. In many men it may be a very real risk.
I have read where more doctors are recommending the practice. If you do want to try it I'd use caution.
I can't take enough Viagra for Viagra alone to give me an erection. It's just not going to happen. But it does boost an injection (and helps with VED use too). The point being that my experience may not give any indication what your reaction will be.
I consider the responses by both Cozpgh and Martin6469 to be very good and relevant responses that could guide your further experimentation.
Remember I'm not a medical professional of any kind. I don't know shit. Ask a professional.
Good luck.

I take .20 of viagra before my injection. Works just fine. My doctor said that was fine.
