Trimix Dosage

What would be the avg. dosage of Trimix 30MG/1MG/10MCG be for a 70-years-old after radical prostatectomy.

I started at 10 units and achieved a 50% erection, next try was 15 units with 65-70% and 20 units about 80% not hard enough for penetration

Would 25 units be safe?

I'm in the middle of the same process, and my next shot is going to be 30 units. I'm am getting pretty close to where I want to be. I talked to the doc about it, and she said I would be fine up to 50 units. After that, they would look at a stronger/different formula so I wasn't injecting so much volume into my little friend. They also said everyone reacts differently, and 30 wasn't uncommon. FWIW, I started at 5 units as well.

You're on the right track, keep easing the dose up little by little until satisfied with results. If you get too high a dose you risk not being able to soften up for hours. (Ouch!) Too high a dose can also cause you to be sore.
Keep some Sudafed on hand, 5 or 6 of them will help deflate an overdosed penis.

@buddypayne, Seems we have a similar story: I had the nerve-sparring radical Prostatectomy 1 yr ago at age 63. Pills worked for me before surgery most of the time, but NG since surgery. At 6mo's post-surgery tried the pump and ring with limited success. Two weeks ago began Trimix (same formula as yours) but with a 20 unit starter injection at Dr. office. Several days later tried 25 units getting me to 70%, 3 days later went to 29 units and got to 80%, this past weekend went to 34 units and hit a "Holy Cow home run out of the park", wife said I had never been this hard in 40 years, and it lasted almost 3.5 hours. I will probably dial it back just a bit to 32units. Seems you are on the right track to success!

Yes, our stories very similar: I had nerve-sparing RD 1 year ago (March 2021) at age 68. Before surgery the pills worked most of the time, but since surgery nothing, use the pump for 8 months with good success (just "NOT" the same) but better than nothing! Started Trimix about 1 month ago still adjusting the dosage.

Thank you for the information.

@buddypayne,

I'm in northern Illinois and by coincidence; I also went thru the surgery last March, my surgery was 3/18/21.
I was diagnosed on Jan 19th of '21 with my worst biopsy score being a Gleason 4+5 =9. So we are now monitoring with quarterly ultra PSA blood draws - so far so good. (Feel free to send me a PM if you prefer to compare notes in more detail) Good Luck with fine tuning your dosage !

I’m glad I found this question.

I’ve been on Trimix two years. Formula in my signature. I’ve lately been using more of my mix up to 47 units to achieve the desire I want. This is because my current mix gives me a decent erection for an hour. But I’d like to go two hours and recently asked for the next strength up.

I try to be careful as I don’t want to max out the strengths this early on. I’m 37.

@CuzznClark

My yearly physical showed a psa of 4.6 and a recheck of 5.7 in Oct. in 2020. My urologist put on a 30-day antibiotic regimen and a recheck of my psa which came back at 6.0+. My biopsy was done on 1/22/20 and came back with a Gleason of 3+4=7. My surgery was done on 3/17/2021 nerves were spared on one side and the other side had some removed.
My quarterly psa checks are as follows <.014, <0.008, <0.014 and <0.008. I still have a small amount of incontinence.

@buddypayne, My numbers were also similair, My PSAs during physicals crept from 2.22 up to 3.01, then I was referred to a Urologist when the next one came in at 3.83, then 6 mo's later when I hit 5.51 the biopsy was ordered.
