More Difficulty Injecting??

I have been doing injections for 5 1/2 years now (12/2016), about 300 injections. Started with Cavereject and went to Tri-Mix and pure PGE and a mix. I've been doing light recreational pumping (VED) for about 3 years for PT and doing Cialis 5mg daily PT for about 2 years.

A couple of questions for long-haul jabbers:

1. Have you noticed more and bigger surface veins? Seems it's getting harder to inject with less real estate open? I'm working harder in good light to find alternating open areas.

And, more importantly,

2. The past many months it's been harder to get the needle in. Both the surface skin/outer sheath and especially into the cavernosa. I'll gently push it in and release it and the full 1/2 " pushes back out. I'm not keen on drilling it (rotating the needle). I've had to poke probe push to find a decent spot AND have bent several 30ga needles. B&D 30 ga x 1/2". Has anyone noticed this? I have 1 1/2 boxes of 30ga but may need to go to 29ga.

TIA.

I think the cavernosa membrane has probably gotten a bit tougher over time, but I'm not sure. I have noticed some increase in vein size also but I think that's mainly from pumping. I've never bent a needle injecting. I have bent a few needles while drawing up a dose when the weight of a vial hanging on it when upside down caused a bend.

After 2 years of injecting 1-3 times a week, I am noticing it's harder to stick the needle in. Vein size hasn't changed that I noticed.

I'm also finally starting to see some reduction in effectiveness and needing to use more to get the same reaction. I've gone from 4 units to 8 units in 2 years.

I’ve only been injecting for 16 months but have done probably 150-160 injections. Although my mix is mild I started with 5 units and have increased almost ever other month and am now at 30 units. Out of last 5 injections I’ve bent 2 needles trying to break thru cavernosa. Also notice several bumpy spots in the area when hard. Just visited my soon to be implant Dr and upon his examination, he felt the hard spots and bumps that feel like a tiny bb… he said It’s scar tissue and some people are much more prone to building scar tissue than others, and a big risk with those that do is obviously Peyronies dissease. Because of this I’m headed for Implant May 18th. Tired of the inconsistency and know I’m doing damage to my dick every time I stick it. Good luck and hope the best for you.

No raised bumps and no Peyronies changes here (a bow up since young). Just tough spots and less real estate to inject into. I do move up and down the shaft and hit it from 2- 4 o'clock angled to the middle.

It's either that its getting tougher from injecting and pumping (wifey likes the added girth) or a batch of dull B&D 50 unit 1/2" 30 ga needles. I've only bent one needle sticking it into the vial and I watch for this but I wonder if it dulls the point on certain softer needles. I mean for a 1/2" needle just to spring back nearly 1/2" with just the point sticking in is weird.
