My current Trimix formulation is:

- Papaverine-29.40mg/1.0ml
- Phentolamine-.74540mg/1.0ml
- Prostaglandin E1:.010mg/1.0ml

My impression is that these figures are close to the 30/1/10 forumula references that I have seen some of you post, and which I gather is considered a moderate strength forumula. Is this correct? I have seen some references to a 30/1/20 formula. Is this latter formula the highest dosage typically given? If not, does anyone know the formulation for higher dosages? Finally, I have seen a few references in which a fourth chemical is introduced - atropine. Does anyone know what purpose is served by adding atropine? Thanks.

mine is Alprostadil 10mcg-pap-phent 10mcg-12mg-1mg,,,,, what ever that means all I know is that it works I think I have the lowest formula but I am not sure let me know what you find out so we can help eachother figur it out thanks and good luck.

I should have said In need 45 units for good results and will last about 2 1/2 hours!

I would say that 2-1/2 hours of good lovin' is indeed a successful outing!
