Hi all,
Would appreciate some feedback.
Currently 65y.o.
Stage 2 Prostate Cancer 2013
Nerve damage 1 side
Robotic Prostatectomy 2013
Radiation 2015
No reoccurrence of cancer since radiation complete.
Wife finally tried Hormone Replacement Therapy and she got her sex drive revived.
Have been trying injections of Bimix for about a year now (oral meds weren't sufficient).
Started bimix 30/2
Switched to Bimix 30/4
Now at 10 units (full syringe)- erection 6/10 and just sufficient for penetration. Lasts about 20 minutes at max and then semi flaccid about an hour and 1/2 before completely disappearing.
At max erection, distal 2/3 of penis pretty hard ( not rock hard) and proximal 1/3 doesn't get very hard- seem to remember there may be scarring or sclerosis left side. This level requires quite a bit of hand guidance to penetrate.
Would like to improve erection as 6/10 doesn't give very satisfying intercourse.
Time to try Trimix? Other suggestions?

So strange, does the distal 2/3 swell up during erection or does it stay thin?
For me the base is working well but the distal 2/3 does not expand.

Talk to your doctor about implant surgery, I’m very happy I did the implant and my wife is very happy too

Why bi-mix? Did you try a mix with PGE1? The PGE1 may well get you that extra hardness you're missing. Don't rule out trying adding some novelty/sex shop cock rings to the mix.

I would also suggest trying a cock ring.

I've struggled with ED for years. And have used a cock ring for at least 10 years. I'm almost addicted to using one, like security blanket. Even when using injections.

However finding a good fit is key.
I've has some too stretchy that did little, some too small and ridged that hurt.
They can definitely help hold and maintain the erection. Although it''s not recommended to keep it on for more than 30 minutes.
