How can I be missing?

I've tried three injections so far. Two failed to give results. Based on what I'm reading, it's possible I'm "missing" the spongy area. That's not a small target! How is it possible that I'm missing? I'm injecting in the middle third, at the 9 o'clock position and at 90*. What could go wrong? - Mike

Hi Mike, what is the strength formula of the trimix you are using? And needle length? How many units were your last trimix shot?

Neil - 5/16", 10 units , (PG/PAPA/PT)10/30/1
The order came with 1/2" needles, but the group seemed to be suggesting the smaller size - Mike

Hello unnamed person - I had my appointment with the doctor, the meds arrived three days later. I called for an appointment with the specialist and they set me up with an appointment a month down the road. Would you have waited? - Mike

Personally, I had a lot more misses with the 5/16ā€ needles. I switched back to 1/2ā€ with much better success. Iā€™m above average girth and that may explain it. As you said, the target area is pretty large but you still need to reach it.

Either size should work for most guys. For me it can be easier to go too deep with the 1/2" needles. However some guys will need the longer needle.

I sent you a PM.

I am not a medical profession, but I am a Trimix user like you.

On my second injection I too missed, My wife didnt talk with me for two days. So yeah sucks.

You said you are shooting 9 o'clock position at 90* with 5/16 inch needles.

First observation are you injecting at 9 o'clock on the penis or corpora caverosa. If it's 9 0'clock on the entire penis might be a bit too low.
Also if using 5/16 inch needles be sure to insert fully.

I would also suggest try using 2 or 10 o'clock position.

Either that or the larger needle is scarier to us men.

I usually stick it in nice and slow in the middle of the shaft alternating sides from one day and dose to the next at 3 and 9.o'clock and bury the 5/16" long syringe all the way to the hilt(buried).. The skin is very easy to penetrate but the cavernosa is a little bit tougher then the skin to penetrate. There should be no resistance pushing the plunger in when you are in the right spot. You can also pull out on the syringe before pushing it in to draw out a little blood in the syringe to ensure you're in the cavernosa.
