Curve after trimix

I could be using too much of a dose. But I noticed my erection does not ‘stand up’ as it once did. In fact, it’s fully erect, but points down. I fear this is PD. Anyone else experience a curve after using Trimix injections? I’m using 30iu.

you should be doing traction and VED to start to correct that curve.

That's a pretty strong dose of TriMix you are using. You need to get a penile doppler before continuing injections. If you are developing fibrosis you need to stop injecting. You'll only make it worse.

I am not an expert, but i believe the way injections work is to "simulate" a "local" erection - around the area of the injection site.
Natural erection affects the whole penis, including the (pretty large) part that's actually inside our bodies. I believe this internal part of the penis plays a major role in providing support and "angle" to the erection. So, when injecting you can get a full, hard dick but the base can remain flaccid and "unstable". Not "point at the ground" level, but probably less than what you are used to (if you had natural erections).
Still, maybe get a fibrosis checkup as others have said. Apparently trimix (unlike monomix) causes problems way more often.
