Is this true?
Are you seeing a bigger girth and length after injecting for a while?

I lost 1-3/4 inches over the five years I used injections!

That research must be biased. I'm with FreddyFree, lost about an inch while using injections before being implanted.

The one guy must have thought he won the lottery and so did his wife. It stated he went from 5.8 to 8.6 inches. Which I highly doubt Trimix injections alone wouldn't do that. But ive been injecting a couple times a week and have noticed no loss in length and much fuller in girth. But everyone's body reacts different to the medication. Just like some people it stops being effective and plenty of other users going 20 to 30 years.

First this patent mentions only using PGE1, not Trimix because Trimix causes scarring.
How often were you injecting? If you had ED and were not getting continuous erections then your penis will atrophy regardless of injections. Were you using a VED every day to avoid shrinkage?

Injections can increase your girth slightly but I believe it's through fibrosis.
This girth created turns the penis into an oval shape. I suspect this would then decrease erectile function, so could never be a recommended procedure, and a good reason why injection therapy is second line defence, as Viagra if anything, does the opposite - it improves erectile function and slows down ED progress.

Years ago, I was reading of a guy who had sickle cell disease, and it caused priapism, and it was untreated, and his penis girth grew so large he couldn't have sex, as his penis became very oval shaped, so surgeons operated on him to remove the fibrotic scaring and it was a success.

However someone posted here the other day that injections are helping their penis improve post-peyronies, and I am finding it helping healing of a vein injury I got from Mondors disease.

So it can have some therapeutic benefits.

After 2.5 years on injections, my penis is maybe a little larger, but only around the base where I do the injections. The top half is not, so my penis is like tapered now. Also I can't tell but I maybe be losing a tiny bit of length. If there are any gains, it's in girth around the base.

Hmm, interesting theory but I don't think that's the case in my experience. With sickle cell the fibrosis comes from the prolonged erections which causes fibrosis from the tissue not getting oxygenated blood. I don't think most people using PGE1 are getting the type of long running erections that sickle cell afflicted men have.
But interesting nonetheless. There might be some truth to this statement.

I think a lot of the girth gains of PGE1 is just from the multi-hour expansion of the tunica by hyper expanding smooth muscle cells. Additionally in the patent a potentiator is use such as DMSO+PABA and even DHT gel.

You should consider doing traction to counteract any potential scaring and doing VED on days you don't inject or before injecting.
