I Badly Need Help With An Unbearable Trimix Ache

I need help badly. I have used both Bimix and Trimix. Bimix (30, 3) worked well but at 100ml per shot. Trimix is just too painfull even when used with 100ml 1% lidocaine no matter the PGE1 strength (it just plan HURTS). I need to know the max safe prescription that I can ask a Dr to legally write for PAP, PHEN, ATO and FOR combined. In other words a quadmix with everything EXCEPT the PGE. And the mix does not necessarily have to be just available here. I have a Dr. that is very understanding and really wants to help, but she is not an ED specialist and this is now getting into the "weeds" type territory. I just need help finding that info. I tried Google but nothing came up that was helpful.
I am at my wits end and just have no clue as to what the answer is or what formulation to try next. I don't mind injecting massive dosages of Quadmix minus the PGE since I'll only be doing it once per week or so. I am just trying to buy 2-3 years before seriously looking into an implant.
So, if anybody can provide me with the most potent custom Quadmix formulation that they are aware of that DOESNT include PGE, I would be most appreciative. Thanks in advance.

I don't have the advice you're wanting. My only suggestion would be to try a VED and constriction rings until you're ready for an implant. It sounds like injections aren't for you.

I use 100mg sildenafil with about half the Trimix I would otherwise need. This cuts the pain to almost nothing.

That's certainly a viable alternative to try. Try even adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring on top of that to further reduce the amount of juice needed. It's worth a shot (not initially an intentional pun)!

The pain for me went away. At first it was unbearable.. Now I look forward to it because I know it will be a HARD night. Cut the dose back.. Ease into it
