Trimix+VED+Sildenafil
Hey have a question. Can anyone tell me if using a VED and/or Cialis in conjunction with Trimix help provide fuller erections. I’m on Trimix for a little over a month. my doseage(50 units) provides a firm enough erection for penetration, but it’s not as full as when a VED is used separately. Are there any hazards when utilizing 2 or more options at once? Thanks in advance.

Yes, combination therapy can further enhance your erection, but...
Keep in mind that some, if not most doctors recommend against combining pills with injections due to an at least perceived risk of priapism. You should consult with your doctor before combining the pills with injections. If you do decide to try combining pills with injections you should be very cautious and conservative until you find out how you will react. Start with a reduced injection dose and work your way back up. Some guys can get away with doing it without issues but use caution until you find out if you're one of those guys. I can do it without issue other than the heartburn I get from the pills. Yeah, I get the stuffy nose too but that's more tolerable than the heartburn. Yes, it does enhance the erection.
Some guys can get away with using a VED with injections. It doesn't work for me. When trying to use it to plump up before injecting I've found that I deflate too quickly and then it becomes an issue of trying to hit a moving target as I try to inject before becoming totally flaccid. If I try and inject after pumping and while holding that erection with a constriction ring I will bleed and get a hematoma from the needle stick. If trying to get fuller by using a VED after injecting I find it gives me a small hematoma at the injection site. So using a VED with injections is a no go for me. However, some guys report success using a VED with injections. Check with your doctor and if he approves then give it a try.
You didn't mention my favorite injection supplement which is adding a novelty/sex shop cock rings. I use sex shop silicone cock rings which I apply to the base of my dick behind the boys. Other site members also have found success using this injection boost. There seems to be little consistency as to types of rings, ring construction material or brands members have found that work best for them. That's probably why there are so many on the market from very inexpensive to quite pricy. If you decide to try rings you should expect rejects. Don't give up too soon. Read older threads to get an idea of which rings to try. At least one member reports good success with hardware store velcro wire organizers. I tried them and didn't like them but whatever works for you. They were sure cheap. I can suggest my current favorites if you're interested. Others may chime in with their favorite ring suggestions.
Also keep in mind that none of the methods are going to give you as full and hard of an erection as a VED is capable of of but it will last longer and doesn't entail the same risks that over pumping with a VED can have.

I can only give my own experience but like the first gentleman consult your doctor and know your own body. I have been taking pills and injections together for some 10 years now and never had a situation where the erection would not go down once I ejaculated. I had a little scare some years back with scar tissue...I joined the a forum for Peyronies victims and learned a great deal.. I only pump on days when I'm NOT injecting or the day after an injection..I pump for penile rehab purposes...this routine has avoided any other formation of scar tissue and the scar tissue I had resolved...It's my understanding if you pump after you inject you could cause more bleeding which may lead to scar tissue..
