I know this has probably been addressed before, but what are thoughts and experiences with using daily Cialis 5mg and Trimix? I'm not currently taking daily Cialis but am interested in it because I want to be more spontaneous with sex than Trimix affords. Cialis is a crapshoot for me. Sometimes it works and I can get a serviceable erection for sex but not like what I get with Trimix.

Was thinking about using daily Cialis and keeping Trimix as my backup plan when Cialis doesn't do the trick. How safe / unsafe is this? I know I should discuss with my doctor but I'm interested in real life feedback.

Make sure to keep some sudofed on hand in case the combo produces an erection that lasts too long, and be mentally prepared to go to the emergency room with a boner if the sudofed also doesn't end your erection.

I’ve been doing this for 4-5 years now with my urologist’s blessing (he writes the prescriptions for both). Only difference for me is Trimix isn’t the backup plan, it’s the only plan for date night and even that’s failing now. The daily Cialis is for maintenance keeping the nocturnal erections active.

I combined daily Sildenafil (20mg) and Trimix injections on date night for quite a while and never had an issue. This was effective until I was needing massive doses (70-80 units of 100/6/30) which they said was the strongest Trimix they made. The resulting pain became too intense to deal with.

I tried 5mg daily CIalis along with varying units of ever increasing Trimix concentrations with the approval of my urologist.

Didn't do anything for me really. But the use was okayed by my guy.

I've been using Trimix 20/30/2 for the past year with excellent success. Urologist recently (as in month and a half ago) prescribed finasteride to inhibit prostate growth. Said it might effect libido, I asked about the other side effects and if Trimix should overcome - affirmative. OMG! After < a month, had to significantly bump Trimix dosage and that partly helped. Read more about how finasteride works, etc - quit that stuff! Clearly I am/was in the minority of men who experience worse side effects. Saw Urologist this week and he prescribed 5mg tadalafil (generic Cialis) to use in combo with the tadalafil. Think (and hope) that will reverse the finasteride nasties since there seems to be some response to the tadalafil Urologist offered quadmix if the combo doesn't help

I've been taking 5mgs of Cialis for BPH for years while injecting Trimix. Never had a problem with an erection going past 2 hours let alone 4 hours. I often read on this forum of couples having 3-4 hour sex sessions...I haven't had that since my 30's no matter how much Trimix I inject.I get tired or bored to be honest...I know that sounds weird, but I once read they did a study asking couples the length of their love making sessions. Those involved in the study were found to greatly exaggerate the amount of time having intercourse. When women were asked what they felt the length of a love making session was ideal?..a great majority said 20 minutes..BTW The average length of time a couple had intercourse when actually timing themselves? 7-12 minutes...Sorry got off on a tangent. Everybody's different and I would certainly consult your physician about taking Cialis daily and injecting.

Actually the studies I've read say the average length of intercourse is 5.4 minutes, You can easily Google the studies.

As far as 3-4 hour sex sessions, I dont remember ever having any more than maybe 45 minutes. And that includes giving 20 minutes of oral.

Of course this post is about Trimix. Pretty consistent 1.5 to 2.5 hour erections. Sometimes as long as 3.5 hours. Being a gentleman I dont bother my wife once she is done.
My wife is a one and done type of gal. She's even said to me. I'm going to sleep since I dont have to wait for it (my penis) to go down.
I'm not complaining, sure beats the struggle of lasting longer than 5-10 minutes before the injections.

Boy I agree....Yes some of those studies really vary in the length of time couples spend actually having intercourse. I am very similar to you in a sense after 20 minutes or so and being with my GF, we're both satisfied. She's younger than me and often says I can wear her out. I find any longer Trimix makes my penis numb, and then the other problem emerges, can't ejaculate..I find on Trimix there's a certain window in which the pleasure is great along with the outcome....any longer and it's not the same. I have found while taking Trimix that if we are together in the AM, the Trimix gives me a "chubby" for the day...and if the mood is right could go again in the PM without injecting. Using Trimix I have found is a very personal experience, balancing the physical, the emotional and mental components of having sex gives people different outcomes.

i use daily cialis 5 days a week and use trimix once a week. i feel like the daily cialis affords me to use minimal trimix. when i started trimix i have had 3-4 hour sex sessions. they are not the norm but are very welcomed after ED disappointing sessions previously. they have pretty much calmed down to about 2 hours. me and my wife enjoy each session no matter how long it is. its not like its 2 straight hours of penetrative sex but having 2-4 hours of trimix sex affords us all the time to do what we like and take the time to enjoy it all. yes there are times where she is worn out and vice versa. i also have anorgasmia and it is difficult to orgasm but her many orgasms are more important that the one of mine. if it ends up only an hour and we are both happy then so be it but neither of us complains when it goes on longer than planned. it is the safety of knowing that i have an erection that will please both of us knowing we can take our time and enjoy the closeness that sexual intimacy brings.
