Trimix Then Switched To Bimix, Cannot Ejaculate, Penis Desensitized, Insights Appreciated

Hello Franksters, new to the community, lots of great info on here. Any insights or similar stories on what you did to overcome a desensitized penis would be appreciated. I started with Trimix about two years ago. Even from the beginning, I found it was difficult, and most often, I was unable to ejaculate with Trimix, and faked orgasm with the woman I was dating. I took a sabbatical for a bit (about six months), as I freaked out about the constant 4 hour erections requiring shooting up the antidote, and the beginning stages of Peyronie's (which I think started before Trimix).
My Peyronies has been pretty stable, slight hourglass but length maintained, with a minimal curve that goes left but straightens with the injections. Recently, I decided to switch to Bimix, as I met a great girl who is very sexual, and I thought Bimix would allow me to keep strong and not ache as much as Trimix, and avoid prolonged erections. My Bimix dose is pretty low, yet I'm still getting to 4 hours, having to use the antidote. At the same time, I'm having sex with my high libido girlfriend for two hours, which along with Peyronie's perhaps, leaves my penis aching for days.
I'm a high stress person with hypertension since my late 30's, and for most of my life I dealt with premature ejaculation. The pills worked, never delayed ejaculation (I wished it would at the time) slowly losing efficiency over time, but since I use so little Bimix, im wondering if I should go back to the pills. I've tried PT 141, 20mg Cialis, 100mg viagra, and 20mg levitra all at once, and I can get a somewhat decent erection, but needs constant stimulation or Iose erection. I do know im dealing with performance anxiety, coupled with anxiety and depression. I'm healthy, eat clean, in great shape for 52, and I'm seeing a sex therapist. The shots are such a crutch, as you never have to worry on being hard.
My main issue, that I've been testing the pills with masturbation (and yes, I am able to reach orgasm solo, lifelong porn viewing, and I know how the get to my orgasm, which I know is an issue, as I developed my own pathway to orgasm). However, my penis is more numb now, even masturbating without Bimix. I wonder if there is nerve damage, or that I need to take a sabbatical from porn, masturbation and sex. Masturbation is usually 2-3 times a week, and I can stop as my libido isn't the best (even though I'm on TRT, must be stress/anxiety). However, my girlfriend is long distance, so I see her once or every two weeks, and my penis goes to that 2-3 hour marathon sex that restarts the soreness. Don't want to leave her sexless.
What I've been doing-
-Started shockwave therapy, which may increase sensitivity.
-Since I have anxiety/depression, switched to Wellbutrin and Buspar, both noted to cause faster ejaculation. I was on Viibryd, which they claim has no sexual side effects, but I noticed the delayed ejaculation coincided with the year long use of the med.
-appointment with urologist for doppleganger.
-appointment with a pelvic floor physical therapist.
-appointment with neurologist as my hands and feet seem to tingle a lot, especially while sleeping, to check for neuropathy.
-get on ACE Inhibitor for hypertension, as the ARB and Cardura (I just read Cardura is used off label for Premature ejaculation, I took it because it's supposed to enhance erections) don't seem to get my BP under control. ACE inhibitors may cause sexual side effects, but I need to get my BP under control.
-bought Manhood penis sleeve, a soft material sleeve to replicate a foreskin and make the penis skin more sensitive.
-bought Man1 Man Oil to help heal penis skin.
-did labs to check Prolactin (too high cause delay ejaculation), and estrogen levels (been high, but will do sensitive test, not the test for women).
-appointment with pelvic floor physical therapist.
- working on quitting alcohol (not a heavy drinker, two bourbons a night)
-seeing a psychologist.
-taking viagra 100mg every night before bed, to maintain nighttime erections. There was a study done that this is great penis rehab, and that many men in test groups regained their own nighttime erections without viagra after several months.
Since I see my girlfriend every two weeks, it's hard to tell her let me try to get off viagra (she doesn't know I inject), and then we have a night of mediocre sex (happened once before). I just want to have great sex the little time we have, and I worry that bad sex will eventually doom the relationship, as we are long distance as it is. In a recent encounter, I asked her if she had lube so I can masturbate in between our breaks (to get me to the point of no return), but then she asked if she wasn't enough.
Has anybody quit injections and found that the delayed ejaculation went away with pills? I'm concerned about the deceased sensitivity, especially the head of penis, and I'm thinking it may be a variety of issues, and I hope the run of 4 hour erections didn't damage nerves, but then there is my age (52) where desensitization is more common, the SSRI Viibryd and how SSRI's can cause delayed ejaculation, Trimix/Bimix causing delayed ejaculation for many of us, my hypertension finally catching up to me, Bimix fueled marathon 2-3 hour sex sessions that leave my penis aching for days, and of course Peyronie's and the pain associated with that. Finally, I'm dealing with hardcore anxiety/depression after five years of hell (divorce, ex-wife drug issues, skin cancer (caught early), lost a ton of money in crypto, etc.
I guess, if I look at the bright side, at least i'm pleasing my women with delayed vs premature ejaculation, but it sucks to think that I may never ejaculate with a woman again, especially if the situation worsens. My goal is to go back to pills, once I straighten out the other issues and hopefully my penis bounces back.
