Yet another priapism question

I have been thinking about this recently.

A nightly routine for us would be: kids are finally in bed at 10pm. We get ready for sex, and my part in this is injecting and letting the meds start working. I take my nightly meds, we get ready for bed, we have sex. Then we fall asleep.

And that's the issue: I have NO IDEA how long my erection lasts, nor am I able to differentiate in the morning between "you're still hard from the injection" and "you got soft and now this is your normal morning wood."

So seeing the other priapism topics, I started to wonder when I should worry -- I can't stay awake after every erection waiting for it to go down before I sleep, nor do I think taking Sudafed before sleeping every night is a solid choice.

Overthinking?

If you have sex and the erection is still solid do not go to sleep without being sure that the erection is down

Until you get your "ideal" dosage figured out I would do several things. Ideal being hard enough, but lasting less than 3 hours (max).

I started a simple spreadsheet. Listing date, amount of Trimix, location of injection on penis, and how long the erection lasted.
I have yet to have any last longer than 3 hours.
Once I remember waking up hard at the 4 hour mark freaking out until I realized it already started going down at the 2.5 hour mark. I got out of bed and it started going back down.

A couple other comments:
Correct me if I'm wrong but priapism comes with increasing pain.
A semi does not qualify as priasm.
Seems most cases of priasm, are either from an overdose, or guys who are very sensitive and using less than 10 units.

I'm in the same situation. Last time we laid in bed until after 3 AM, I got up to inject, looked at the clock and realized it was 3:15. It was too late, I already made the commitment, I injected realizing I could still be awake at daybreak. :o (the things we do for love.)

Then there's my wife who said last week after our sex, as she rolled over and said "I'm going to sleep, I dont have to wait for it to go down!"
It's almost ironic for years I prayed I could last longer than 10 minutes. Now after an hour I pray it goes away!

You completely right, increasing pain is the sign of Piraprism, I wasn't informed by "Dr Nathan Papadeas", the paper that they gave me only mention Piraprism as a 4 hour erection, my erection lasted for over 3 hours but caused severe damaged due to the intensity of the pain not the duration, some "fake Dr" that inject Trimix don't know or don't care
