Hello, I recently started using Trimix after oral meds failed. I was started on a lower formulation, but it was not successful, and was increased to PAP30/PHE3/PGE50. With 40 units I am feeling some stiffness and can get an erection with stimulation, but it doesn't last. I am pretty confident I am injecting correctly. Did others have to go on higher formulations before achieving success? Does anyone not respond to Trimix?

Yes some guys have to go stronger to find success. However, it's not a real good sign for long term injection success. Try adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring to the mix. Some guys find that gives a pretty good boost. You will have to experiment to find one that works best for you. I use a silicone ring worn at the base behind the boys.

Michael, that's a pretty strong mix. Trimix will probably not work for you. Have you had a penile Dopler done?

After a couple years of use Trimix and Quadmix both failed for me. Dose got so high my shaft would ache the next day.
Doppler showed the leak, took the next step.

Yes I had a doppler ultrasound. After injection, I became erect with stimulation, but then lost it immediately. Doctor said circulation looked great; however he did not ultrasound while fully erect, so I'm unsure if he could see vascular leak? He attributed it to psychogenic causes given my younger age; however now that I'm trying high doses of Trimix even when I'm alone, I feel like something is up.. I will seek another opinion.

If you haven't tried adding the cock rings to your mix I strongly suggest you try them. They may give you enough addition boost to get you by for some time. I can suggest the ones I use but it really is an individual preference which seems to vary a good bit.
