Is this a huge dose… or what?

I have had poor response to trimix, working up to 100 units of 60-4-60, with no useable erection at all (even with an oral med kicker.)
A new prescription is for: papaverine 60mg- phen 4mg- alp 200 mcg.
I have not tried it yet, and I am a bit apprehensive. I have not heard of such a dose before, and my urologist is remote to the point of non-existence.
Could someone put this into perspective for me? Is it likely to be more efficacious? Is penile pain likely to be more pronounced?
Any other insights or suggestions avidly solicited!

Yeah, that's a pretty strong mix
Injections may not be for you.
That mix might hurt more if you're sensitive to alprostadil.

agree with bdloink -- that is pretty explosive -- you must gotten it from Olympia. It won't hurt you to try it though -- at least not severely. Then you will know if you have hit the end of the injections road. However, I am not medical -- just an opinion from a guy who went up that high.

That is a really strong mix but I expect you won’t get any result from it.
The papaverine and phentolamine are the same. The Alprostil (prostaglandin) is ~ 3x the amount. But if you weren’t getting satisfactory results from 100u of your prior mix this likely won’t be much different.
Have you tried adding a cock ring? Not a constriction ring/VED, just a good cock ring from a sex shop. That can help decrease the venous leak that is likely the culprit of your ED. I found it helps a lot.
Let us know the result.

When I hit 60-80 units it would make me hurt all the next day. I can't imagine what 100 units would feel like. That is a huge dose to be injecting. If you have a new stronger batch, I'd start with way less until you dial in what works.
Good Luck.
