Fibrosis with longterm PGE1/caverject use

So i know trimix will scar the corpora cavernosa over time leading to decreasing EQ, but some studies I’ve read seem to say that PGE1 only therapy is not as associated with fibrosis. Is there anyone here that has been using PGE1 only therapy for many years and it still being as effective?
25 years old. Lifelong (psychogenic?) ED. Can attain erections with viagra+cialis+PT141 but lose arousal randomly during sex with subsequent loss of erection.

Erections are like private jets. I don't have them

How often (per week or per month) are you injecting?
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.
