I've been using trimix for about 6 months with good success.
I've done 35 injections. All except one (big miss), Erection last 1.5 to 3 hrs.

Sex for us starts generally after midnight. Sometimes as late as 2-3 AM. The sex act itself last less than about 30 minutes.

The problem and question is what do you do while waiting for the erection to go down?

Since after 35 injections, I have not had full erection last full 4 solid hours. Is it safe to let it be and go to sleep?
And if I were to have (dangerous) priapism after 4 hours, would the pain awake me?

Or would you get up (after she falls asleep), and do things to help it go down for example: shower, try rubbing one out, walk, etc?

Initially, I was in the same situation as you. Sex lasted 30-40 minutes but I stayed rock hard for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I stayed up several times worrying about a priapism but after realizing that 2 1/2 to 3 hours after injecting I was always flaccid (hanging), I just started going to sleep after sex was done.
You could always scale back your dosage, so your erection doesn't last as long or take some Sudaphed after sex to help expedite losing your erection or set your alarm to wake you 3 hours after injecting to check your erection.

We moved our playtime to earlier in the night. I don't like laying in bed with the kickstand down for 3 hrs. I learned my lesson a couple of times by falling asleep, rolled over, and woke up in extreme pain. I don't crawl in bed until I'm drained.

I sure miss the bedtime playtime, but it ce la vie'...
