How many of you had a painful erection for over 2 hours? How did you treated? Did you have any damage as a result? How are your erections now?

I've had a couple but after 2 hours I chew up 4 Sudafed and flex a bit to move the blood to other parts of the body and haven't had any damage or problems.

Did your Doctor told you to take Sudafed if you had an erection lasting for over 2 hours?, because 'Dr' Nathan Papadeas let me leave the clinic with a full erection and never told me anything!!!!, I thought that was only dangerous after 4 hours, that is why I injected Phenylephrine after over 3 hours due to the intense pain!!!!

i have erections over 2 hours every other day with absolutely no issues. real problems start after about 5 hours. around 3-4 hours if the erection isn't going down i'll just do a bunch of push ups and they go away.

Luis Fernandez, I was talking about a painful erection lasting longer than 2 hours, my erection was very painful after 3 hours being erected, if the erection is not painful then there is not danger

Pain has nothing to do with it. I have painful long lasting erections due to the ache of PGE1. It's more so about when scarring begins and how long tissue can go without scarring which is shown to be about 4-5 hours.

I have been using Trimix for over two years and am very happy with the results. The only issue I have is that I have erections that last several hours every time I use it. If I inject 20 units, nothing happens. If I jump it up to 25, I am in business. Here is the issue: It stays hard until I inject the "rescue" med that is prescribed to me. It is called Phenylephrine. When I refer to extended erections. I am talking about hours. I never have had any pain or discoloration (from trapped blood). One time, I went to sleep and when I woke up, it was still fully erect 9 hours after I injected. I injected the "rescue" and all was well. I have done some research and think I might have "High blood flow" piraprism. Can anyone relate to symptoms like mine?

I have similar issues. Erections last 2-3 hours.
I have never used the antidote or Sudafed.

On a couple of occasions, I woke up at the four-hour mark with a full erection. I promptly got up and the erection started going down.

When I asked my urologist about Priapism, he said that it would have to be a 100% erection for over 4 solid hours.
He said that as long as your erection goes down during that time its not a concern.

Recently I ask a long-standing member here on FT about reducing the duration of the erection. Mostly because our sex time (so far) has always happened within one hour after the injection time. Leaving me with a full (unused) erection after our sex time.

He referenced this PDF and suggested I talk with my urologist about changing the Trimix formula to reduce the duration time while maintaining firmness.

Been using various Trimix and Quadmix injections for 5+ years (maybe longer actually, I’ve lost track).

Never an incidence of priapism. No scarring. No plaques. No issues.

On rare occasion I’ve had a small bruise at the injection site but it has always disappeared within a day or two. I should have just held pressure at the site for a few more minutes.

Yes, first time I used it. The doc at the clinic said he used the "average" amount that is effective, not sure how much it was. I had to return to the clinic for not one but two injections of antidote.
