Injections and pumping

When I inject I get a firm erection but not full size, which makes intercourse unsatisfactory When I pump I get a full erection but of course have to deal with tension rings and limited time. Has anyone injected and pumped with safe results. I am 70 years old, 3 year post op. with no natural erection and unsatisfactory results from pills.

I appreciate the responses although so far they seem off the mark. What I am wondering is if I inject first and then pump without adding a ring can I increase the erection to the size of when I pump but get the advantage of the injections lasting power, without causing harm to my penis. Thanks.

Have you tried experimenting with novelty/sex shop cock rings yet? I can recommend the ones I use but which ones will work best for you is an individual thing. Expect to have to try several and expect rejects.

Just be careful with rings, no more than 20 minutes, not more than once an hour, otherwise a blood clot can form.

That would be true of medical grade rings designed to totally or nearly stop all blood flow or novelty rings that are equally constricting. I'm not talking about rings tight enough to hold a VED pumped erection for someone with total ED. That's not what I'm talking about. You want fairly tight but not to that extreme. I can wear my rings for over an hour. Dick doesn't get cold, lose sensitivity or darken. When the drug wears off it will go flaccid, just not a quickly. Apples and oranges.

There's a condition called Mondors disease, where the superficial dorsal vein has a thrombophlebitis, constriction rings can cause it. It happened to me, and years later it still hasn't healed properly. It definitely didn't do my erectile function any good, afterward I slowly lost all ability to have a natural erection.

I found medical grade constriction rings to be crap, they're usually sold as part off over-priced VED, but the novelty ones appear safer in many cases.

I read somewhere, a medical opinion to only use them for 20 minutes and only once during the hour, I think that's good advice.

However everyone's body is different, in fact some text books indicate the superficial dorsal vein communicates with the deep dorsal vein and other textbooks disagree.
