So 2 days ago I was using trimix and having vigorous sex. I think it unlikely that localised injection therapy would be associated with SSHL, it's just too localised.

I'm hoping it's just a blocked ear, the doctor clean it out with a syringe and water.

Your inner ear is probably clogged up. Go to the doctor.
