What is the strongest Trimix formula?

I’m curious on what’s the strongest Trimix formula. I’m worried that I may max out in the distant future. I’m on 80/3/25 pge1/phentolomine/papervine. I used 0.38units for the desired erection and time of 2.5hrs. I like it. I worry as I use it, the strength diminishes. What’s the max formula available and when does quad mix come into play?

I am 37yrs old and have no intention of an implant. I’d like to avoid that for the time being.

Using injections for almost three years and it is great.

You're already on a fairly potent mix. I assume your dose is 38 units or 0.38ml. Did the Edex 20 originally work well for you? If so, you were originally using 20mcg of PGE1 and now you're using about 30mcg of PGE1 plus the other ingredients of trimix. If that's the case I'm not real optimistic about your long term success with injections.

I don't know what the strongest trimix is. I do know Olympia does or did have the following offerings:

Strong Tri-mix (ST2) Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phent. 3mg/ml - PGE-1 (alprostadil) 100mcg/ml

I'm currently using Quadmix (40-3-40-.4) and it's still not strong enough. The pharmacy told me there five more levels and I'm done.

My last formulation was ST2 30/3/100, Before my implant in July 2022.
I have an old Olympia order form with an RE2, which is 30/3/300. Can't imagine the ache that created!!

Anyone have experience with 30/4/40? Would this be considered a medium or strong mix?

I would say kinda a low medium except for the phentolamine which seems high compared to the other two ingredients. That's assuming the ingredients you listed are per 1ml and not per some other amount. There doesn't seem to be much consistency in how the ingredients are listed. I think most list ingredients per 1ml while quite a few others list it as per whatever size the vial is that it comes in. There also isn't much consistency in the order the ingredients are listed although the most common arrangement is Papaverine/Phentolamine/Alprostadil (PGE1).
