Long time or even short term injectors -
How long did it take you to become comfortable with injecting, from injection 1 until you felt comfortable injecting for every time you had sex?

Good question. For me it took like 6 months of injecting frequently.

I don't really remember. I don't think I ever got completely comfortable while using Edex. I got much better at it and more at ease with it pretty quickly after I started compounded alprostadil monomix with insulin syringes.

Why did you find one so much easier than the other?

I had more difficulty hitting the sweet spot with the Edex cartridges. You can't withdraw the plunger and when pushing the plunger you're pushing a lot of extra rubber which makes determining the sweet spot by plunger resistance nearly impossible.

I used injections for 6yrs and never really got comfortable with them.
I just sucked it up and did it because the juice justified the squeeze so to speak. But I never got comfortable with sticking a needle in my dick or the lingering ache afterwards.

It took me about 12 injections and now I can almost do it on the fly. It doesn't hurt and works every time. I don't get any lingering pain..I just get confidence knowing I'm gonna perform at my best level. Used Viagra and Cialis for a while but the side effects sucked.

I started injecting in May 2019. I was SO ready to enjoy being hard that I was good from Day 1 and never looked back. Yes, I have had a couple "misses" and a few bruises, but nothing serious enough to slow me down. I inject once or twice a week, in three and half years that's a few hundred pokes in the penis.

I never got comfortable injecting, and I used an autoinjector. It didn't really hurt, I had more of a stinging sensation from Trimix. After a couple years when it started not working as well the side effects led me to the next step.

I was never totally "comfortable" while injecting for 11 years.
What made it more uncomfortable was those times I missed the "zone" and got a big lump or hit a blood vessel. That causes apprehension with future injections.
Make sure you study and know where everything is and plan your shot angles and depth carefully. Look at diagrams of cross sections of a penis.
Finding that sweet spot to inject is nice but you cant keep using that spot.
After 11 years of injections I was developing scar tissue and the phenylephrine I injected to cause my penis to soften can cause a heart attack. I decided to get an implant and had it installed 11 weeks ago.
Having said all of that I could perform like a porn star and had a lot of fun. Enjoy it while you can.
