I’m 63 and in otherwise pretty good shape. I have mild high blood pressure that is controlled but no other adverse health conditions. I have been using viagra or cialis the last 10 years or so but for the past year these have produced unreliable erections.

Just returned home from my office trial. My uro injected 20 units of trimix (20mcg/30mg/2mg). It produced a usable but not rock hard erection. About 70% in 15 minutes. Now, 1 hour later, I have some tenderness and about a 50% chub. Now I’ll wait and see how long this lasts. He said I should titrate up in 5 unit increments with a max dose of 45. I’m sure I won’t get anywhere near the 45 units.

In the meantime, what’s your take on the prescription mix and starter dose size? Thanks!

My chub gradually faded away by about 2 hours post injection. Didn’t have a chance to test the erection. Now just waiting for the medicine to arrive at home in the next few days to begin the titration process.

My first Trimix trial gave me a pretty good erection. It lasted long enough for me to get home and use it, although it was a soft erection by then. After a couple years of using Trimix I had to keep increasing the dose for good results. I was actually injecting up to 80 units for a while, and the next day would ache.
