What is your experience with TriMix vs. QuadMix?

I'm considering switching over to TriMix as University Compounding in San Diego, CA has maxed my dose. It works OK, but would like just a little bit more power.
With TriMix having three medications, and QuadMix having four, what is the main difference of erection?
Fullness? Stamina? Bigger ejaculation?
Thanks,

Generally the difference is the duration of action. Usually atropine is the ingredient added to prostaglandin/phentolomine/papaverine to make quadmix. If you aren’t staying hard enough for long enough and you are at the upper end of the concentration of Trimix it’s reasonable to consider switching to quadmix.

I take trimix and the chocolate flavored lozenges from San Diego University Compounding. I’ll take the lozenge about an hour before I inject. Keeps my dick thick af and strong for a good 1-2 hours. For bigger ejaculations, take NAC pills.

What are the “chocolate flavored lozenges”?

I bought Trimix and then Quadmix from Olympia Px in FL -- the main reason I went to Quadmix was to get a higher concentration of PGE -- I recall it went up as high as 150.
I noticed the higher mix of PGE, not so much other effects.

That’s exactly the progression I went through. However, the quad mix gave me a very unpleasant ache that lasted into the next day. I told my Urologist about the ache and he said it’s time for you to consider an implant.

I used Quadmix yesterday (for the first time) after frustration with Trimix (since 2016 off and on). I also had a headache and pain in the penis. Erection was lopsided and pronounced to the right. I debated injecting half into the left and half into the right side of my penis. I have a consult on 4/22/23 for implant. Between the expense (quadmix is $250 per fill and implant is $55 thousand before insurance), frustration and fear I am wondering if this is all worth it. I haven't pleased my wife in almost 3 years and I just....ugh. I have had it TBH. The thought of my penis being sliced open, cored out and getting this done is daunting. I loathe surgery.

When Trimix quit working, even at the strongest mix and injecting 60-80 units I switched to Quadmix.
The day the Quadmix arrived I injected 10 units, had a wonderful result, but my penis ached. Next try 10 units didn't work as well, went to 20 next time. Few times later I was injecting 30-40 units to get results. By the time two vials were used up Quadmix wasn't doing much at all using 60 units. And my penis would ache for two days after.

Many others on this forum have had the same frustration including years without adequate “performance”. I would strongly suggest you take some more time and try to dial in the injections before you take the next step to an implant. Implants work and most seem very happy but it is the last option and you can’t go back.

The only difference between Trimix and Quadmix is the addition of atropine.
Atropine doesn’t cause aching in the groin, the prostaglandins do that. But by the time someone is switching to QuadMix they are getting such a big dose of prostaglandins with each shot aching is not a surprise. Some guys never have a problem with it, but some guys do. I couldn’t tolerate it. That’s why I switched to a mix that is essentially quadmix without prostaglandins in it. (Or BiMix WITH atropine)
If you haven’t tried adding a cockring to the mix give that a try. If you haven’t tried adding oral med to the mix give that a try as well. I find 20mg of viagra an hour before gives a better result when I use a shot. I just started 2.5mg daily cialis this week to see if that will give me a performance boost without needing to take viagra an hour before anymore.
But once you’ve tried all the various combinations of things then a VED with a constriction ring, or implant are the last two options.
