My First Injection

I am sharing my first injection story.

I recently made the decision to try injections as the PE5's (both V and C) that I have used for many years just do not have the same effect. Mainly I can get an erection but not much staying power. Doctor prescribed a quadmix. I spent a session with the nurse who showed me how to prepare and administer the injection. In the office she administered a very small dosage (.06 ml) which had very little effect. But she sent me home with instructions to try myself every 2-3 days with gradually increase dosage. I need to return to office in six weeks for check up.

Two days later I was ready for my first solo. I thought I was well prepared after having read up here and elsewhere and watching a fair number of videos. But when the time came I was pretty damn nervous. I fumbled through just about everything from withdrawing the serum to finding the right spot. The insertion was not painful but when I pressed to inject it felt like there was too much resistance - at least more than I expected. I panicked and withdrew the needle without injecting. There was a little bleeding and later some bruising in that spot.

I prepared another dose and tried the opposite side. Again little pain on insertion. I depressed the plunger a little more firmly but there was some pain as injected - not terrible but I guess I was not expecting that. This dose was .12 ml but still had little effect and I was both disappointed and a little traumatized by the experience.

The result was I waited another week to try again. In the interim I watched several more videos and paid closer attention to the nuances of preparing the injection. This time everything did go more smoothly. I used a .16 ml dosage. I experienced no pain as I pushed on the plunger. I do not know if I did a better job of hitting the sweet spot or the dosage was stronger but I did get a pretty decent erection that lasted 45 minutes or so. So I am now encouraged to try again.

I do have one question. At this dosage I got a decent but not super hard erection and it did not last over an hour. I was a little relieved that the erection went down on its own and I did not have to take extraordinary measures. On the other hand, I would have liked it a little firmer and a little longer. I felt at the time that it would have been beneficial to have taken a cialis as well. But I remember reading that it is a bad combination and could lead to priapism. Does any body have any experiencing combining the two?

I could write a small book about my experience using trimix after 11 years of use.

I will spare you that for now but don’t mix trimix with oral medications.

You need a clean slate to determine the right dosage of trimix for you.

Interesting to read that you have had good success mixing injection and oral. I understand the advice at this point is to concentrate on getting the right dosage for the injection before experimenting with the combination. As far as the ratio on the quadmix it is written on the label as papaverine/phentolamine/atropine/aprostadil 30-1-0 1 mg/ml. It is a little greek to me. I would have to ask the doctor for an explanation.

Sorry for late reply. I was very careful to copy over the information written on the label for my quadmix into my post. The post is accurate. I agree that it does not seem to make sense. Perhaps the compounding center just printed it out wrong on the label. I would have to get some clarity from doctor or pharmacy as to an accurate formula. I must admit when I picked it up I was more focused on issues like storage and shelf life than completing understanding the formula they were using.

Thank you for the PM. It was very informative. I am not sure where else you would be able to get such real life demonstrations. I also have used my own combination of rings to enhance/increase firmness. So it was very interesting to see how others have employed such devices. It takes a certain amount of courage to share like that. I agree it was not pornographic
