What is the medication you are injecting? If there are prostaglandins in the mix, they are often the cause of the ache. Sometimes that goes away with repeated use. But sometimes it continues to happen every time.

The Trimix I was using made my cock ache shortly after I took the shot and for hours and hours after. It made sex less enjoyable. That effect didn’t go away over time. So my doc changed my mix to Phentolomine, Papaverine (2 of the 3 common meds in TriMix), and Atropine (the typical med that is added to TriMix to make QuadMix). What I no longer have in my mix is prostaglandins. The injection works but I no longer have that ache. Sex is much more enjoyable now.

So if you are injecting prostaglandins, instead of looking for a treatment for the ache, co wider a different mix that doesn’t cause the ache.

It worked for me.
