going up in dose - please advise units - thank you

Hope all is well.

Going from 30mg 1mg 10 mcg to 30mg 1mg 25 mcg

30mg 1mg 10 mcg - got semi hard enough for penetration at 50 units

what units should i start with for the 30mg 1mg 25 mcg?

does the math equate? 10 to 25 being 2.5x's

so maybe start with 25-30 units?

this is what my guy advised - Papaverine 30 mg/Phentolamine 1 mg/Prostaglandin 10 mcg/mL

said the Prostaglandin is what increases the erection and has the most effect - so go to 25

although I am reading Phentolamine increases blood flow - so not sure why not the bump

Yeah, the prostaglandin (PGE1 or alprostadil) is the heavy hitter of the mix and you've more than doubled it. So start conservatively.

- so success at 20 units - did feel harder for sure - but now a concern. instead of bending upward like a full erection - it bend more downward.

should I up the dose a little or is that another issue. didnt do that prior to having this issue

i'm assuming its just not getting all the way hard.

Any other stimulation happening? Sometimes external stimulation will increase blood flow, increasing stiffness. If you increase units I'd keep it to 2-3 max. (eg-20 to 23)

i was able to have decent sex at the 30/1/10 50 unit level - just wasnt as hard as what i got last night w self and 30/3/40 20 units

I've never had the Sudafed not work or Nasal Spray seems to work as well. I had do use the Phenylephrine once and remember at that point your sticking a needle in a hard dick not a flaccid one. It sucks and you want to avoid it at all costs. But you always want to have it on hand.
