What to inject ?

Hey guys
I have been reading everything in sight for almost 24 hours straight.

I have a fairly straight forward question based on what I have been reading. I would really love some feedback on this.

* preface - putting money aside for the sake of this conversation.

If you were just starting out down this journey: would you attempt to use any of the creams or gels first before using any of the injections ? IE: Muse, Vitaros, Something made from a compounding pharm.

and next, when deciding to move to injections: Would you first attempt to use alprostadil by itself before moving to bimix and then / or trimix ?
Would this prolong the journey and or make things safer as well . Prolong - in the sense of - if you build up a tolerance then you move to the next thing.

Is my thinking correct ?

I haven't heard any good or bad about creams or gels. My thought is it safe for your partner?
Injections are something you really need to see a urologist for first. They can determine what strength and units would be best to start with. Guessing could end up with bad results. You also want to have some instruction on how to inject.
I did pills until they failed. Then I did injections until they failed. I hated both because it meant scheduling sex. I also hated when they began to fail because it was like going through ED again and again.

If money isn't an issue and it wasn't an issue with your partner I'd try the creams and gels first.

For injections I'd try straight alprostadil first. Then if you get intolerable alprostadil ache that doesn't moderate after a number of trials move on to trimix which has less alprostadil. If you still get too much ache go to bimix.

Yeah you should consult a good urologist.

Thank you, both of you, for replying to me.

I am lucky enough to have a close friend who is a urologist that I have been talking to. He is out of state though, so he won't be doctor where i live, but he is offering some sound advice.
I have also reached out to the pharmacist I know well who works at the local compounding pharm, they know my trt doctor very well. They have given me some decent advice so far as well as told me that my doctor is very knowledgeable in this stuff as well.
I have an appt with him late next week.

The Pharmacist recommended that I start on straight alprostadil as well given my doppler reaction to trimix. As for the intra urethral stuff - they said it all burns and I may not like it. lol. But they said if I go that route that I should have an alprostadil only mix compounded.

I am also going to get some vitaros from europe to try.

Try first Alhprostadil before Trimix, there is a major reason why Alhprostadil is legal all over the world but not Trimix, Trimix is only legal in a higley unregulated USA

I tried everything before getting an implant.
The pills worked at first.
When they stopped I tried gels and creams, they didn't work.
I also tried VED with cock rings, worked but was uncomfortable.
Sex is suppost to feel good.
I tried Edex injections, but it made my penis ache.
Trimix worked the best until it stopped working.
