What position to inject and what angle should the needle go?

Newbie here. Trying Caverject injections. Now I have seen some videos on youtube where the guy says to only inject on 2 and 10 o'clock and at a diagonal angle(like 45degrees or something). The point is that I cant inject at 2 o clock position in my left side because I have a big vein there.
Was wondering if it is okay to inject at 3 o'clock on left side but at what angle? Should I do it also diagonal or go straight for a 90 degree to the middle of penis ?

The 3:00 position should be fine. After some experience you'll find you can move around even more. But in the beginning try to stick to the 2-3, 9-10 areas. Just make sure from whatever spot on the clock face your starting from the needle goes towards the center where the clock hands would be attached. Don't force the meds in. If you're in the sweet spot the plunger should depress pretty much as if you're injecting into air. You'll get resistance at the wrong depth.
Good luck.

Thanks for the answer. Should I go all the way in with the needle? I am a grower and look small while flaccid. Dont wanna go to deep and injure my urethra

I don't know. Every dick is different. I can go too deep with a 1/2" needle. I can even go too deep with a 5/16" needle. Some guys can just jab a 1/2" all of the way in and be fine. Are you using the Caverject with the proprietary cartridge or regular insulin type syringes? Again, if the plunger is hard to depress you're too deep or too shallow. If you get pain as soon as you start to depress the plunger that's also an indication of improper placement. Depressing the plunger slowly should be easy and fairly pain free. I'm going to suggest you go in almost all of the way and then withdraw it a bit and then try. Like I said, every dick is different. There will likely be some trial and error before you get everything perfect.
Did or is the doctor going to demonstrate the first injection in-office? He should. Mine didn't!
