I know that at least some of my issue is psychological. I am under the impression that Trimix is a physical reaction. It should work for issues that are psychological, correct?

Mono-mix (prostaglandins), bimix (Phentolomine & papaverine), trimix (BiMix and prostaglandins), and quadmix (Trimix and atropine) cause a local physiological reaction. If doesn’t matter if you are watching porn or doing your taxes. If the med works for you and the dose is correct, you’ll get hard.
That being said, when I use a shot I am even harder when I am turned on, so there is a little bit of boost from my brain, but I’m hard even if I’m not turned on.

If you get the right dose dialed in you could be drunk, uninterested, or whatever and your dick will be like a fence post.
Doesn’t matter what’s on your mind.

Yes absolutely it works for psychological issues. As always just be careful with scaring and fibrosis, so you may want to integrate using a VED periodically to avoid scarring.

Yes.
In fact there are medical studies in which subjects were instructed to use injections to treat their psychogenic ED. In one study after using injections for a period of time the subjects later did not need the injections.

I would say yes too....I still have psychological fallout for the days before Trimix when the pills were hit and miss. To this day, if my Trimix is a year old, and I'm semi hard I go into a panic....It will boost your overall confidence for sure.

Thank you … still working on my dose. I started low based on recommendations from others. My last dose was better, but I can see still a way to go. I have also noticed that when I inject on the right side, there is going to be a small bruise, so far have not noticed that when I inject on the left side. Does that means something specific? Also, I am hoping that when I get the injections correct and have better success, that it may not be needed as often.

It just means you drilled a small vein. If you're careful and make a good effort to avoid visible veins it will seldom happen. However, it will still happen on rare occasions when you drill one you didn't see. No big deal.

One thing you can do to reduce bruising is to apply pressure with the sterile cotton pad you hopefully used to sterilize before the injection.
Press on the injection site somewhat firmly for a couple minutes. That will stop blood leaking (a bruise) into surrounding tissue many times.
