Who has had priapism?

Just curious who has suffered an episode of priapism and did things return to “normal” after the occurrence? It happened to me on my second injection which was two weeks ago and I am wondering what dose of Trimix it will take to properly work in the future. I lowered my dose from 25 units to 6 units to see what happened and had zero response. I am thinking of trying 15-18 units on the next injection. I used to get semi erections naturally but have not had them since. I have been pumping at low pressure to draw fresh blood into the chambers to hopefully repair any damage. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations?

I came close when I started injecting because I followed the advice to alternate sides. Unbeknownst to me, left and right sides needed different amounts, so I was having great difficulty zeroing in on the correct amount. I ended up injecting too much and went past the four-hour point. As I was getting ready to go to the ER, I noticed pressure going down. No damage.

So I advise new guys to work with one side while titrating up, and alternate later when you know the amount each side needs. I was advised to go up 5 units at a time, waiting three or four days between injections. This takes a lot of time, but it worked for me.

I got 2 Trimix injections years ago at two different places and I didn't get any pain or Piraprism, but 3 years ago I went to Summit Male Medical in Tempe Az and Nathan Papadeas injected me a huge dose at my first visit, got super hard at the office and he let me go without telling me anything, after 3 hours of a extreme painful erection I had to injected myself with a shot of Phenylephrine and the erection went down but 2 days later I developed a dent on the site of the Trimix injection. Is been 3 years since then and now my penis is destroyed. My advice to you is if your erection pass 2 hours take Sudafed, do not wait just in case.
