Could there be an advantage in injecting one side, waiting about 5 minutes for it to start working, and then injecting the other side?
Unfortunately, my injections are becoming much effective despite going up in strength. I wonder if a shot into a penis which is already partly erect from another shot could help make sure that all the trimix remains in the penis. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks in advance

It's certainly not an ideal practice. You'll be drilling twice as many holes in your dick. I'm a strong advocate for injections for those that they work well for. However, each injection has to be causing at least micro-scars. I can't claim with certainty that the practice won't give you better erections. I suppose it's possible.
You might consider novelty/sex shop cock rings for an extra boost. Or try adding PDE5 pills. Meanwhile you might want to start considering what your next step will be as the end of your injection run may be in sight.
Good luck.

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately restrictor rings plus levitra & cialis aren't helping enough. I'm in a relationship where I can only be with my woman about once or twice a month. So even though it'd be double injecting each time, the number of times is limited.
As far as the next step goes, I simply cannot afford an implant and my insurance doesn't cover it in my state. So yes I'm feeling quite desperate.

Curious as to how long you've been injecting? And how many units have you been injecting in the past? For the injections to just stop working isn't the norm for most people that don't suffer for severe ED or maybe other health problems that are uprising.

Hell no.
Get a stronger prescription for trimix.
