Hello everyone. I have a simple question with a difficult answer. I tried Caverject. First attempt - Right side, 5mcg - worked for about 20min.
4 tries after that. I wanted more time and tried with 10mcg. Once on the left side, after a few days on the right side ..... Then again on the right side ...... erection zero. How can it only work once?

I use fixed needles for syringes 29g. I use an autoinjector, setting to "c" as depth. On the check scale it's about a 7. Almost all times I've injected just above the base of the penis at 2 o'clock.

Do you have any tips on how you have avoided scarring for so long(except alternating sides) ?
Have you increased your dose during the years?
How long does the erection last and is it rock hard like teenage years?

I have used Caverject 20 mg about 10 years. I dont't use autoinjector. I don't even know what that is. Injecting is easy and it does not hurt. I inject to the middle part of the dick. I use a small amount of sildenafil that makes the dick slightly bloated so it is easier to inject. Only time that injecting has failed has been that I have injected too deep. The medicine has gone to the urethra.

My erection is about 80% with the injection. The dick is shorter than it should be. With 80% I can usually have sex. I have had a massive venous leak all my life. My sex life has always been poor.

Do you use caverject impulse with the preloaded syringe or the vial?
