Change in size or shape after stopping injections?

I started Trimix in May 2022
I used it pretty much weekly through Dec 2022.

I then got sick with Pneumonia at Christmas time (2022) and stopped doing any injections for two months.
At the six-week mark (while recovering from Pneumonia), I got erect and noticed a slight but noticeable upward curve. I also noticed that the penis shaft seemed to have shrunk. It's been now several months, and although I injected several times in the last couple of months nothing further has changed other than the upward curve and apparent shrinkage which I noticed in Feb 2023.

Last night the opportunity for sex came and I injected. The erection lasted for 2.5 hours which has been typical the entire time I've used Trimix. I took the time to measure myself, And as I suspected I lost about an inch in length and an inch in girth. Previously I was not huge, but above average, but now it appears I am average.
I have a urology appointment this week. I don't know that I have Peyronie disease, but what do I know, I'm just a guy with a dick. But something is definitely different.

My question is, Have you heard of anyone that used 40+ injections consistently (weekly); And Then after stopping developed a change in size or shape?

The only shape change I've had, a bit of narrowing on one side, occurred during a period of abstinence. I don't think a lack of erections is ever good. I don't know if prior use of injection immediately before the abstinence was a factor. I believe if I'd at least continued with VED therapy during the period of abstinence nothing would have occurred but I don't actually know if that's true.

How long was your abstinence?

Could be fibrosis from atrophy or corporal fibrosis. If you have ED and are injecting you need to be using a VED just about every day to avoid this. This will maintain your size and avoid potential scarring.

You should def add VED and do traction IMO.

I think it was a month.

I'm not sure. It didn't get worse and I quit paying attention to it. I'd have to inject and bet a boner to tell. I'll try to remember to notice next time.

I've never done traction but I do believe regular VED therapy is good. It is very time consuming. I don't think my wife would complain but I feel strange sitting there messing with my dick while she's doing her household stuff. Besides when pumped up and lubed I want to play with it or get her to play with it. There is a limit to her tolerance of what would appear to be a dick obsession. But I guess we are obsessed That is our other brain.

I bought a manual VED about 12 years. Although I could get fully erect, I didn't find a cock ring that held the erection sustainable for intercourse.
I never used it with my wife. It's currently in the top drawer of my dresser, so she's likely seen it, but we never talked about it.
I originally bought it to help with my ED, in hopes to obtain and sustain an erection, but since it appears not to be able to sustain an erection, I've only used it occasionally as a play toy.

The only way I've been able to sustain an erection with the VED is if I took Viagra and used a cock ring. But at that point I could get an erection without VED. Also since the pandemic, both my wife and the kids are home pretty much 24x7. Making it awkward to find time to use it privately.
It will be interesting to see what the urologist says.

After waiting nearly two months, I just got back from my Urologist appointment.
The doctor did a manual check and noticed possible plaque on the top of my penis (at the 12 o'clock position).
They have scheduled an ultrasound to see what is going on.
Since this is not the area where I inject Trimix, nothing was said about stopping injections.

Unfortunately, there is none specific to the context of fibrosis/scarring prevention from injections.
However, there is ton of literature for treating scarring/peyronie's using VED and traction.

Additionally, you can also take Pentoxifylline to help prevent corporal fibrosis.

btw, i much suggest daily cialis as opposed to on demand viagra. it helps with nightime erections. you can take it before pumping.
also you can try a pump like the vacurect, which helps pump and maintain an erection with a built-in cock ring.

There was a member here who got mild peyronies and managed to stay it off and make its effects go away through VED and some drugs. I would definitely get on the offensive, ask around for advice.
