Stronger Formula Trimix

Today I picked up a stronger formula of Trimix. It is double what they started me out with. My new formula is TRIPLE MIX INJECTION (IJPC) 30MG/1 MG/20MCG/ML …. That is exactly twice what I started with. I was up to .80 units with my last formula. Is it safe to say that .40 units of my new formula should provide the same results as .80 units of my last formula or could it cause different results that are not equal to twice of my last formula? I believe the instructions are to start at .20 units. Also is TRIPLE MIX INJECTION (IJPC) 30MG/1 MG/20MCG/ML still considered to be a weak formula?

I wouldn't call it weak but it's not strong. kind of a basic normal mix. I think a fair number of guys start at that mix. The "triple mix injection" is just store brand terminology. The actual ingredient amounts is what to go by.

Thank you. I read something today that made me start to question something. I have noticed that I get different results with the same dose. i thought that maybe it was because I have not found my proper dose yet, but today I read something that said do not freeze Trimix. Rather to leave it in the fridge. That when you thaw it to fill the syringe, maybe it is not mixed properly. I have been freezing it until I get ready to use it, but now I wonder if that could be part of my problem for not having consistent results with the same dose.

I don't use tri-mix so I have no personal experience with it. I use an alprostadil mono-mix. It's generally considered the hardist hitter of the 3 ingredients in tri-mix. I keep it frozen. I'm using the last little bit of a batch I bought 10-26-20. Yep, 2.5 years old. It's still plenty potent although I'm sure it's lost a little.

Thank you. Currently my new batch is in the fridge. I think I am going to leave it there for the time being until I figure out my formula and dose. I will be injecting every other day, 3 days a week until I figure it out. Once I figure out my correct dose and formula, I may start freezing it again until needed.

freezing it just makes it last longer. i freeze all of my vials. i take it out thaw it enough to use, only i make sure i mix it thoroughly before drawing it into the syringe. i use it 2-3 times a week now and i still leave it frozen. just my experience.

Bldoink, I use 100 mg Viagra + 20 mcg Caverject.
Could you explain to me your use of alprostadil monomix?
Thank you

Maybe that has been my issue with inconsistency, I have been thawing it enough to use, but not really mixing it well. I usually turn it upside down to draw into the syringe. Maybe I should shake it a little to make sure it is mixed well.

I don't know if you have access to it in Italy. It's basically the Caverject or Edex except it comes from a compounding pharmacy and is made in the that pharmacy.
The ingredients are basically just alprostadil and bacteriostatic water, similar to Caverject and Edex except it can be made to whatever strength the doctor will write it for. It comes already in the liquid form and must be frozen or it will lose potency fairly quickly. I use small diabetic type needles and draw it up from the vial. I'm fortunate that my pharmacy dispenses my 10ml script in ten 1ml vials which I keep frozen.
The small diabetic syringes, in my case 31 gauge, .3cc, 8mm are much easier to use than the Edex cartridges (Edex is what I used originally). For me the compounded mono-mix is MUCH CHEAPER than the Edex.
I also like that I can get it in stronger mixes than what is offered by Edex and I believe Caverject. My mix is 80mcg/ml of alprostadil so I don't have to inject very much volume of mix. I do have to inject it slower due to it's potency to avoid pain.
Good luck.

Steve: Inconsistent results probably mean that you're not hitting the corpus cavernosum exactly each time. The "Injections" topic has much good technique. It's tricky to learn; it took me over a month, but now I get 90 percent good results.
I've injected for years and have never frozen Trimix. I've used four-month-old Trimix kept at 40F (4C), and see no difference from fresh. And I routinely pre-load syringes 16 hours before sex and keep them at room temperature due to our house layout. I see no difference from injecting cold Trimix.
