Can you have partial misfire ?

Hey everyone! Question I have is can you get some medicine in right spot but not all? I am new and still in the trial and error stage. I have a weak formula, 15/.25/6. At 30 units I got about 2/3rds hard. I increased it to 40 units and no difference. I’m using a 5/16th needle. Injections go in easy and seem to start working within a few minutes. I do have a stronger formula, 30/1/20 on the way. In the meantime I will increase to 50 maybe 60 units of current and see how it goes. Just wondering if I need to move injection site a little lower or it’s just weak formula. Thanks.

I just tried to answer your question in your other thread. I'll go back and copy and paste:

As for your other question. Yes, you can have a partial miss. For example, if your needle placement is not quite deep enough so that it's just barely piercing the tunica albuginia, you may get some on both sides of it so you do get some effect from drugs into the corpus cavernosum but the rest is wasted outside of it into the wrong tissues. And it appears some of those tissues don't like those drugs and it can result in pain or even a sore dick that can last for a good while even leaving a swollen area or lump until it eventually resolves.

Again, that's not legitimate medical knowledge as I have none to share.

Edit to add: Sorry I missed the little lower part before.

The depth you need to inject will very from person to person. It can also vary from time to time with the same person if natural engorgement varies. I don't really get any natural engorgement so that doesn't figure in with me. Some guys will need the 1/2" needles and some will do better with the 5/16" needles. You should be able to do anything with the 1/2" needles you can do with the 5/16". However I've found I can go too deep. The 5/16" needle make the "too deep" error less likely with me.

Your "a little lower" part doesn't really compute. You can vary the clock face entry point (with experience) a good bit if you are careful to always visualize where the center of your "Clock" is and always drill towards the center. If your entry point is lower, say towards the 4:00 or 8:00 or even a tiny bit lower, you can still hit the "correct spot" by angling up from the entry point toward the center of your clock face. Depending on the shape of your dick, if you start too low, you my have to adjust your depth some, usually deeper. Remember, if you get to 5:00 or 6:00 your likely to drill through other structures you don't want to disturb. Of course drilling at 1:00 or 2:00 isn't good either, probably much worse with the nerves up there.

Again, This is not medical advice. I have no medical training or experience and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Ask your doctor!
