Caverject is out of stock again

There was "production problems" with Caverject about two years ago. Now the situation is the same. 20 mg is not available at all and Pfizer tells that it will be available in January 2024. 10 mg should be available in June this year. Last time the promised dates moved forward several times. If things go like they did last time 20 mg will be available in 2025. This looks really bad now. My sex life will be over if the "production problems" will last long.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

Have you tried using a compounding pharmacy to make an equivalent medication? They could just make a monomix of straight alprostadil and it'd be the same as Caverject
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

That is not legal in my country.
