Consistent 3-4 Hours Trimix Injection without Pain

I am a 27 year Trimix user for the last 3 months starting with 5 units of 30/1/10 (4 Units did nothing) and moving to 5 Units of 15/0.5/5.
Even on half the strength I am still experiencing 3-4 hour erection (With periods of softening and hardening, not rock hard for 4 - Never longer than 4.5)
I have tried multiple techniques to reduce this including taking Pseudoephedrine at the 2 Hour mark, running up stairs, showers, etc.
I receive minimal to no pain and really am enjoying the length of the erection but I am concerned with any damage I could be causing. My uro mentioned "4 Hour Erections can cause tissue buildup" but I cannot find any reference of this online. My penis is never cold and I have no priapism pain with only minor aching from Alprostadil.

I am really hoping I do not have to change - I am enjoying this so much for multiple sessions but I do not want future damage. Any comments would be appreciated.

My experience is the same and I've been using it for a few years. I used to get 4 to 5 hours of rock hard erections but now it goes back and forth from soft to hard for anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. I'm using .10, started with .08. and now add Cialis to the mix. I wake up with rock hard erections when I'm not using, so I'm pretty sure that there's no tissue damage and my Urologist agrees with me. Worrying about it will just screw up your mind. You can always get an ex ray or scan to ease your mind.

I also get 3-4 hour erections w 5-7 units of my mix. I don’t worry about it as they are not painful. Some have even gone 5 and a half hours. Longest I’ve ever used it is about 3 hours. After that, me and the wife are worn out. I will get it to start its journey downwards but any sitting will make it rock hard again. Pseudoephedrine works pretty well for me and usually takes an hour to take effect. I’ve told my uro about it and he also reiterated that if it wasn’t painful just to monitor it. If i went to the ER every time it went 4 plus hours I’d be there 2-3 times a week. Lol. I’m not a doctor and this is just my experience.
