My First Time

Postby still_crazy » Sun May 07, 2023 11:48 am

Hi all. I'm new here.

I just received my Trimix (30-1-25) a few days ago from Olympia Pharmacy and gave myself a first injection (5 units). That was their suggested starting dose. To my surprise, the shot did not hurt at all, and I'd say the initial dose gave me about a 50% erection that lasted for about 30 minutes. Still, it was enough to put a smile on my face! I'll move up in 5 unit increments until I hit the sweet spot. (By the way, Olympia did include a 5ml vial of Phenylephrine to inject in case of a priapism).

Since I'm a "grower", not a "shower", I used a VED to get myself more real estate to work with... I think that is really important if you are a grower. Might be an interesting topic to start (Technique for Growers vs Showers). In my case, I believe it would be much more difficult to achieve success if I didn't pump it up first.

I'll let you know how it goes as I adjust the dose up to full liftoff!

Using a VED has helped immensely. Gives a lot of real estate options, i hesitate injecting not having it around. Finding that right dose is a journey but once you get it, it works pretty well. Doc started me pretty high, had to dwindle to 5 units from 15 to get that right dose. Thank god its still working very well a year later. Good luck.

Second injection 4 days after the first one. Upped the dose from 5 to 10 units and injected on the left side. Did not work as well as my first try with 5 units on the right side, so I guess it was a partial miss perhaps :-( This one also hurt a little as the needle went in. I think I might have blunted the needle when I went to put the protective cap on after drawing from the vial... tried to put the closed end of the cap on! Didn't hit it hard, but I imagine it doesn't take much to mess up that sharp point.

I did pull the plunger back a little to see if it was in blood and it was there, but this also caused me to wiggle it around too much afterwards. Technique will certainly take time!

Oh well, not sure if I should move up to 15 units for next attempt later this week, but probably will. What the hell, I've got a vial of antidote (Phenylephrine) handy!

Question: do you guys typically shake up the vial before pulling a dose?

I would say with 15 you would be fine its really not that big of a dose and you have the antidote. I would try the Sudafed before Phenylephrine though as for me that works every time. But yes always shake the vial up and really good to ensure all the components mix together.

Thanks for your comments ape1100 and Pumpkinman.

3rd Injection: I went ahead and upped the dose to 20 units. Also used an 8mm needle instead of the 12mm. Injected on right side. Got some achy feeling as the Trimix spread, but got a fairly decent erection that worked for penetration! It remained a little achy during the erection and I'd say it was only about 6 or 7 on the hardness scale, but my wife said it felt like the old me again when I was on top of her. When she was on top (and she does like to ride) it wasn't doing quite as well and eventually slipped out. I definitely lost about an inch in length due to the surgery, so that doesn't help matters.

The erection lasted about 40 mins and it was a good test run (but no orgasms). My wife is totally open to experimenting with me and prefers to be involved in the testing process. In our post-prostatectomy, full on ED sex life, she's a lot more open to trying new things. She wasn't too thrilled about the VED/constriction ring trials... penis was cold and flopped around at the base. But she has given positive feedback from the injection sessions... especially this one. And one interesting tidbit, she's a lot more into giving me oral sex now that she knows I can't ejaculate in her mouth.

I will up the dose to 25 units next time to hopefully get a little more firmness and longevity. Might add a silicone ring as well since I've seen some of you mention that helps with rigidity.

4th Injection:

Bingo! Rock hard for about 1.5 hours. I probably changed too many variables at once, but I took a 20 mg sildenafil tablet about an hour before injecting 25 units of TriMix and wore a silicone ring for about the first 10-15 minutes after the shot. I took the ring off when my wife started some very pleasant oral loving on me (she didn't care for it there). Won't go into a lot of details, but my very woody partner worked fantastic in all positions... staying totally rock hard.

We wore ourselves out after about 40 mins of loving and my wife was a very happy girl, but my dick was still standing at full attention... we started trying to get it to go down with a cool wash cloth etc. I eventually took one Sudafed at about the 1:15 mark, because we wanted to go out to dinner, and a half hour later the beast began to subside. It might have come down on its own in another 30 or 40 minutes, but we were ready to go. I will probably drop the injection dose back to 20 units if mixing with sildenafil next time or stick with 25 units without sildenafil.

We are happy campers!

Glad it worked for you! Sudafed is said to work if you take 5-6 doses all at once. Not a good idea if you were going out because you may fall asleep soon!

It was 30mg of Pseudoephedrine HCl (Sudafed is the name brand) and it's pretty much a stimulant as far as I know, because if I take two, my heart will be racing like crazy! I would probably die if I took 5 or 6 of them. I'm pretty sensitive to it, so one usually works for me whether I have a stuffy nose or, as I've recently learned, a hard-on that needs to subside in time for us to go out to dinner! :D
