My urologist basically has given me two choices, one is a standard mix, and one is a custom mix.

I am trying to obtain a good result, but also reduce the aching that can occur.
Does anyone know which of these would be the most potent, vs which would cause the most aching?

Standard mix PGE 20mcg/ml + Phentolamine 2mg/ml + Papaverine 30mg/ml
Custom mix PGE 20mcg/ml + Phentolamine 1mg/ml + Papaverine 15mg/ml

I am paying $100.00 for a 5ml vial.

I suggest you have a conversation with the pharmacist. My compounding pharmacist has been most helpful and informative and I consider him to be a full-fledged member of my medical team.
