Stay away from Trimix and just get Alprostadil that is much safer, Trimix caused me a excruciating painful erection that lasted almost 4 hours that I put it down with an injection of Phenylephrine, but two days later my penis was deformed. Trimix is not FDA approved nowhere in the world for a reason, and in Europe they CARE about patients not like in the USA that they do wherever it takes to make money!!!!!!.

There are 1000's upon 1000's of satisfied people who use Trimix with no adverse effects and many who use Trimix for many years, even decades with no problems. The FDA'S approval at this point in time really means nothing at all. There's no reason they shouldn't approve it. You had a bad unfortunate experience but are far from the norm. Many will argue the actual health care you get in the United States is far superior then that you get in countries like Europe

Pumpkinman, Trimix is a very powerful drug that SHOULD only be prescribed by MD and start with a low dose first, but unfortunately a lot of ED "clinics" in the USA start with a high dose and DO NOT HAVE MD working there, and that is what is wrong in the USA lack of values

I wish we had Trimix here in Europe... but afaik, it's not possible :/
We don't even get the 40 variant of EDEX, only 10 and 20, which is ridiculous. Once these don't work anymore, they push you to get an implant.
I am so pissed that i am currently stuck KNOWING that better medication exists but they won't allow it yet they'd push surgical interventions...

That's insane that they actually push the implant when medications like Trimix can safely help men for very long periods of time combat their ED problems... Sounds like just a way to make more money of the taxpayers and patients.

exactly, in Italy they hide behind the fda to leave us in the fourth world, we are full of bans, the problem can be solved by starting with very low doses, I had to have the implant because alprostadil doesn't work, trimix and those who prescribe it don't exist

The reason because they don't have Trimix in Europe is because can be harmful, it can cause Piraprism, Peyronie's, deformity, fibrosis.

It can, but if used properly it's proven to be fine and have much better results that "monomix". And can "buy you some time" before having to go for an implant, maybe give time for science to find other methods to cure...
