Urologist said to try Quadmix

I had a urologist appt today with a new urologist for me. I showed him my Trimix formula of 30MG/1MG/20MCG and was going to ask him for a stronger mix. He told me that was the max amount that they would do and said to try the Quadmix. I thought that the current Trimix level was still kind of low? I can definitely tell a difference with Trimix, but I am not quite where I want to be with this formula. I have no idea how the Quadmix will work. For those of you who went from Trimix to Quadmix, was it a noticeable enough difference? Does the extra ingredient work for you? My results have still been somewhat inconsistent to this point. The urologist did recommend a ring after an erection to keep it erect longer. He said that Actis is a good brand to use. I am hopeful that the fourth ingredient will do the trick and a little surprised he didn’t increase my current formula some.

I’m not really having much luck finding the Actis ring. What cock ring do y’all recommend to try?

They don't look like anything special compared to other lasso type loops.

If you go to the "Cock Rings" thread in the "Members Only" sub-forum you'll find some suggestions(https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=21302). Also, if you do a forum search with the term "cock rings" I think you'll find more options not listed in the "Cock Ring" thread.

Good luck.

Trimix was unreliable even at max recommended dose and I switched to Quadmix. The first few times it was way better, then I had to start upping the dose just like Trimix. Few months later and I was using max dose of Quadmix and having unreliable results. I'm guessing my venous leak just got worse.

30MG and 1MG may be near max but the alprostadil or PGE1 can certainly go much higher. That is a decision by your doctor. His opinion obviously isn't universal.

Just picked up the quadmix. It is the same Trimix formula plus .1MG of the Atropine. What does the Atropine do and is .1MG enough to make a difference? I have found that with the trimix it will get hard, but how long it will stay hard varies. I have found it going soft at the wrong time, Uro said that is venous leakage. I need to figure out a way to get around that ….. Thanks for the suggestion of the the cock ring forum. I will look through it. Maybe a good Cock ring will keep me erect after the quadmix gets me there.

I'm not sure what that stuff does. It is or was originally a belladonna extract.

Check out the Xialla ring at xialla.com. They offer different sizes and will upsize for free. Doesn’t look like a conventional cock ring. But it works!
