Anywhere I read, it says that Piraprism is a over 4 hour erection without mentioning if is painful or not. But some Urologists mention that you have to go to the ER if the erection lasted for over 2 hours. The Trimix injection at the "Doctor" office caused me a severe painful erection that lasted for almost four hours that went down after I injected the Phenylephrine. Is been 4 years and now I'm severely deformed and almost completely impotent.
Every professional that injects Trimix MUST tell their patients that if the erection becomes painful, they have to use Sudafed right away, do not wait for 4 hours.
Is a painful erection that lasted for 3.5 hours considered Piraprism?

I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years
