Thinking of changing from Caverject to Alprostadil mono mix because it is cheaper. The thing is I am young and dating casually, so if I prepare a syringe with Alprostadil how many hours do I have before it goes bad? Or it doesnt survive at all in room temperature?

According to this website:
https://elsevier.health/en-US/preview/alprostadil"Unused reconstituted solution may be stored for up to 24 hours if stored between 2 degrees C and 25 degrees C (36 F to 77 F)."

My label says 3 days refrigerated or 45 days frozen. I've used some that was frozen for well over a year with good results. In your case I'd get one of those insulin packs that keeps it at least cool for your dating scenario. If you don't use it that night you may want to us it up right away for chicken chokin if nothing else.. I don't have a good specific answer to your question.

I haven't used alprostadil, but my Trimix (papaverine, phentolamine, prostaglandin) has been at room temperature several times for four days and worked same as if refrigerated. Do solo experiments with room temperature Monomix (or body-temperature if you carry the syringes on your person on dates) and see if there's a difference. You might be over-concerned.
